This is a fine cooker. I use it in our RV when we're traveling. It's just the right size for meals on the go, and pressure cooking saves on fuel! This size is nice for small meals or side dishes and vegetables.

About a year ago I came by this model pressure cooker quite unexpectidly when I saw it in a thrift store, in perfect condition, for $8. I didn't really need it, but who could resist? I used it a number of times, with great success. I gave it to my brother. The 4qt size is just perfect for a single person or for side dishes and steaming veggies. This model works very well and cleans up nicely.

I purchased the cookbook because I kept being told it was a "must have". It is an excellent referrence book, with complete explanations and descriptions for just about any kind of food you can name, including rare and exotic foods. I recommend it, not so much for the recipes, but because it is an encyclopedia of information on food preparation and techniques.

This is an absolutely beautiful pot rack. It is strong and durable copper plated steel. It is right at home in my kitchen. Unless I tell, no one knows it's not the real deal. Everyone that sees it remarks how handsome it is!

I use this blender nearly every morning for smoohies, and then for other things as needed. It is powerful and dependable. I like that the jar is glass, instead of plastic.
