Each coffee is hand selected from the very best premium Arabica beans and purchased in small lots. Varieties include Sumatra Takengon, Guatelama Forestal Tajumulco, Peru Penachi, Ethiopian Washed Sidamo, Nicaragua Matagalpa, Decaf Sumatra Takengon, plus 4 others of our choice from our newest offerings. If you prefer no decaf make a note with your order and we will substitute a regular variety. We are committed to providing only Fair Trade certified green coffee. Purchasing Fair Trade guarantees the growers were paid a fair and living wage for the coffee they labored to produce. This green coffee must be roasted before it can be made into a coffee beverage. We recommend roasting with a home coffee roasting appliance such as the FreshRoast Plus, also available from us on Amazon.com.

Delcious! If you can find better coffee, I'd like to know where!5
This coffee is delicious. I roasted almost all of it about dark city to espresso roast (quite dark but not really burnt) and loved every single coffee! I'm buying more! And not only is it great coffee but it's a great deal, much cheaper than anywhere else, one pound of organic, fair-trade is easily $13-15 in stores and it won't be as fresh as this! If you've never roasted green, try it! It's very easy and you can just buy an old pop-corn popper (like the West Bend Poppery II)! to save buck$ or you can support the good folks at 7 Bridges Coop and buy their machine for something nicer. And it's still a good deal. Support humane working conditions and good 'husbandry' and care of the earth! Always buy fair-trade and organic! And shade grown!
