    This is a great product that is simply not available in local stores. Shipping was quick. The product leaked out a bit from the bottom of the box, but I can live with that.
    I have tried other products which claim to work as well as Dip It, but such claims are unfounded.
    One box of Dip It lasts for many cleanings. This is not clearly stated in the Amazon ad. You don't use the entire box for one cleaning. For an 8-12 cup percolator, you use 3 tablespoons of the product. It works as quickly as your coffee pot will perk plus a 15-minute soaking session. The product deep cleans the inside of the pot, removing hard-to-get-at oils that accumulate. Following the cleaning, your pot brews tastier coffee. My son commented that coffee no longer tasted burnt after we used Dip It.

    This cleaner is not just for coffee pots; it will get rid of any stain on any pot or pan. Stains will float off the surface in one piece. Just pour boiling water on it and allow to soak. Good stuff.
