I love this product... my one disappointment, I thought it would hold in my baby belly flab, but it doesn't do much for making the belly appear smaller. It works great for wearing clothes that my legs and butt still fit in. This was a postnatal purchase .

I just received my BellaBand. I had originally purchased a Hip T, which is the same concept but it's so much shorter that it's constantly riding up. I decided to give the BellaBand a try b/c it was such a wider panel of fabric.

For starters, I am not pregnant (although I am trying w/ hubby now. sprinkle that baby dust our way *wink* ) But I'm a tall gal and have trouble finding work appropriate tops with decent length. So I wanted a HipT/BellyBand to create an additional layer with length, and cover up my plumbers crack with lowrise pants (guilty). I love how it looks like i'm wearing a lace cami under my shirts, and that just gives a really polished look to any top. I also like that the band acts slightly like a body shaper, smoothing down the lovehandles and belly a tad. And with the BellyBand, I can roll it down for more support and it double duties on that stubborn belly pooch. And b/c of the fabric blend it remains nearly undetectable through most shirts. Granted sheer tops will reveal it but even some body hugging tops don't reveal it's there. Plus it's very comfortable and stays in place pretty good. Just make sure to get the right size or it will ride up.

I bought a Sz 2 in the White Lace. For reference I'm 5'8", 150 lbs, and wear a size 8-10 in pants mostly. I find myself using it at least once a week. I wash it in cold on delicate, inside out, and let it air dry flat.

And now I'll be able to use it when I become pregnant and then post-preggers too.

Works great, but I should have gone with a bigger size since I was on the line. I ordered another one bigger to wear while I get bigger. My smaller one worked great for the beginning. If you're on the border of sizes, get the larger one so you can use through out your whole pregnancy.
