About the Author
Jim "Griff" Griffith became eBay’s first customer support representative while working out of his own studio. Within two years, he helped build a customer support team with over forty representatives across the United States. In 1999, as manager of eBay Customer Support Training, he helped train nearly all of the five hundred employees who now work at eBay’s first official Customer Center in Utah. Today, he holds the unique position of "eBay Ambassador," traveling across the country and teaching eBay University seminars.

Being relatively new to selling on Ebay, I found this book very helpful and informative. Everything is thoroughly laid out here, and perhaps even more seasoned buyers and sellers can benefit from some of the contents. Especially recommended if you're relatively new to Ebay. This book is very detailed and thorough, containing all the points you'll ever need to make your Ebay experience a success.

Extremely Detailed!!
I have been reading the E-Bay Bible and have found so much information to help me with my internet business. The book is very informative and has great tricks to help you and your research out. It will get you going in the direction you choose much faster. I have been an ebay seller and have an internet e-commerce store as well, for many years now. This books has given me ideas and info I have never thought of. Buy it!! It's great!!!

I'm no Dummy!
Typical of any new undertaking in which I want to ensure my own success, I arm myself with all forms of information. My coffee table is now covered in eBay instruction manuals which I have spent most of my free time reading in the last several weeks. I could have saved a lot of time AND money if I had only bought this bible FIRST. To my budgetary detriment, I fear, I am a proven expert eBay bidder - seldom do I lose if there's an item I really want. Clearly, it is time to rent a storage unit for the resultant material abundance or reverse that fortune by sharing the excitement of successful bidding with other buyers.
I, too, may feel differently after many years of selling experience. I may even feel compelled to write my own book! But I am one who needs reasons for the approaches I take and choices I make - and this book joyfully and succinctly lays out the very nitty-gritty I needed to entice buyers, appear professional and not lose my mind trying to follow directions on a computer screen, or feel I may have missed an opportunity not offered or clarified directly on eBay, or lose orders, or jeopardize the last vestiges of order in my home office. Yes, I'd recommend The eBay Bible as a wise, and even inspiring, business investment.
