Customer Reviews

Great tool & great deal if you already have the battery5
The tool itself: if you've only driven screws with a drill/driver before, you won't believe the difference. Screws go in like they're going into soft butter. Virtually eliminates cam-out of phillips or square drive screws. And it's a lot smaller than a drill-driver - gets in where they can't.

I ordered the bare factory-reman tool 'cuz I already had batteries and charger for the drill - about a third the cost of a new one with all accessories. The way to go if you already have the 18V batteries.

Love this tool!!5
I can not believe how easy this puts screws into wood. So much better than a regular drill. I am not a string guy and I have trouble getting a screw started into plywood. This tool makes it so easy I can do it.

Excellent product!5
Purchased the DeWalt inpact for myself and co-worker. Absolutely love it. Should have purchased a long time ago. Recommend the drill chuck if you plan on drilling through any metal or use larger spade bit in wood. Eliminates torque on wrist when bit grabs like a standard drill causes.
Only down side (if you call this a down side) is it is too powerfull and when putting in screws it is easy to strip them out.
