Picture is deceiving
This is a beautiful SERVING bowl, but pay attention to the size listed; it is much TOO shallow to be a Mixing Bowl. It arrived quickly and was packaged very well.

Useful and well-made
What can you say about a bowl? Well, it is well-made and serves the purpose. Mostly, I use it as a mixing bowl, but it is a good serving bowl, too. It appears to be a high quality product. I've been very happy with it, and the others I have bought in the series. I can't understand why people insist on buying imported products when an American-made one will do just fine. It keeps people in our country employed, and that is good enough for me. The color goes with just about everything, but there seems an almost endless variety of other colors that Amazon supplies if yellow isn't the right match for your kitchen.

I love this bowl
I ordered a 12 piece place setting and a couple of the extra pieces in the cinnabar color. I haven't received the dishes yet only this bowl but it is perfect! I just spent a fortune on linens for my kitchen in a cranberry and tan plaid and this matches sooooo perfect. I will be using this bowl as a serving bowl rather than a mixing bowl. Can't wait for the rest of my items to come.
