Smoke Your Firefighter Interview is now available in a 4 CD set that is packed with over 5 hours of essential information. Reading the book will absolutely help you advance your scores, but being able to hear the information over and over will reinforce the concepts behind the correct answers while you are on the go. The oral interview is the most important part of the hiring process. Since it is often weighted 100% of the candidate s final score, earning a high score on the interview is essential to getting hired. Fire department oral interviews are unique, which is why most people struggle with them. Successful candidates understand exactly what the raters are looking for in an entry-level candidate. Those who don t may struggle for years, eventually giving up on their dreams. Chief Lepore has proctored hundreds of entry-level interviews. He was amazed at how unprepared most candidate were. He could see that many had the will and desire, but it was very apparent that the vast majority of candidates were ill-prepared for the oral interview.

Smoke Your Firefighter Interview CD
This is Deanna's husband Jay Dudleys' Review. This is by far the "Best" Book out there for preparing for your interview. I've had a 100% sucess rate using Chief Lepores' Books. We're in a small community and there has been ten individuals who have used his books....all ten have either been promoted or hired as firefighters. This is a must have book either on CD or hardback. There's even a new book coming out...don't miss that one either.
Very Well Done
I have already read Smoke Your Firefighter Interview, and I must say that the audiobook version is a wonder supplement to the it. I have been able to listen to it in the car to and from work as well as long trips for department tests, and the audio disc is extremely well read. It not only provides the most popular questions asked but also the reason that they are asked. This provides a very good understanding of the purpose of the interview so that you can understand what they are looking for. This is a must for anyone serious about doing well on their oral interview.
