Jules Jurgensen has a history that dates back to the early 1700s. It is one of the very oldest continuous watch companies in existence today with a heritage that extends to Denmark, France and finally Switzerland, the capital of watch making world in the 18th and 19th centuries. Each of the Jurgensen family, in succession, were schooled and served apprenticeships under the finest watchmakers of the day. President Franklin Delano Roosevelt presented the doctor who helped save his life with a Jules Jurgensen watch.
