i had my doubts
I had my doubts about a sandal that claimed to do so much for my body, but after having worn these Exer-fit sandals for a few weeks, I am now a believer. I definitely feel my posture being corrected each time I wear these sandals. The stability provided by the soles of these sandals is quite impressive - it is markedly noticeable when switching to another pair of shoes.

The product description is correct in saying to round down to a smaller size. I normally wear an 8.5 and the 8 fits quite well, if not a tad larger than I would normally wear. The velcro strap helps to adjust the sandals for the perfect fit. I did notice an initial wearing in period for these sandals - if you are not used to wearing thong sandals you may find them uncomfortable the first few times you wear them, but this quickly goes away.

I'm comfortable wearing these sandals when I walk and do outdoor activities - something I never thought I would say about a pair of flipflops. The fit and sole allow enough stability for an active lifestyle.

My only negative comment would be in the amount of time it takes for the overwhelming rubber odor to go away. The smell was very obvious when I started wearing the shoes and it has taken nearly a month for them to lose the odor.

Excellent Buy!
The shoes were abit tight when I first put them on. HOWEVER, I have had them a week now and wear them everyday. My legs and back do not hurt, and have not hurt since I have been wearing them. They are comfortable to walk in and they don't get caught up if you drag your feet a little. Plus they look snazzy! :) Would recommend them to people with little or no arch. Good investment.

Earth Exer-Fit Sandal
I have had these sandals for a few weeks now and really love them. I was just looking for a pair with some good support to wonder around in. I am a personal trainer and I'm not convinced of their leg toning ability other than you are wearing them while you are walking, but I would definitely recommend them for a comfortable sandal with good support (they look good as well).
