Do NOT order this book as an E-Book! You can only print out 19 pages every 7 days. As a diet book, if you can't have it handy and accessible it doesn't do you much good. I have had to order the paperback (which I'm excited about), but have not had good luck trying to get a refund and return the e-book.

Great companion of the BIG "3 hours diet book"5
It's great if you have the Big book, the one that teaches you about the 3 hours diet how it works and what to do. This "on the go" it's really useful ,has lot of information so you know what you can eat when you go out or when you have a busy day and don't have enough time to cook or just like me that have a sweet tooth ! now I can indulge myself dieting!! that's great! Love it!
