I tried this after seeing the reports and reviews on Resveratrol without having any really specific expectations. In less than a month, my chronic lower back pain disappeared. Then the spider veins in my legs started fading and my friends started asking me what I was doing to "look so good"! Now I've got my husband (and all those friends) on it as well.

Below, someone commented about people who rarely review. I am one of those. This is my first review (that I can recall, anyway). Reason is, this is the first supplement I have taken (and I've tried dozens) where I see any effect.

Everybody's body is different, but I am having no diarrhea or GI problem (55 yr old male). The effect I am noticing is improved skin quality, as others have mentioned. Skin quality is not high on my list, though I'm sure it is for many. In any case, as skin is a visible, external organ, I am hoping that internal organs are also improved. Can't really say I've noticed anything else, after a few months of 1 pill/day.
