Worth Every Cent!
This flashlight is tough! We've used them for years. They were gifts to our kids 7 years ago. We used them several times a week, winter months they were used daily. The lights are bright, the battery holds a long charge.

The kids would leave them out in the rain and snow, drop them, forget to charge them, I never had a flashlight hold up to The Kid Test for as long as these did.

We live in a very rural area. Electricity is sometimes a luxury. We raise animals, these flashlights made many runs to the barn. We have wild animals, the strong beams of light scared off all kinds of critters trying to get to the chickens.

What finally gave was the pivot point, from the main base to the main light. Both of ours broke in that same area. One broke after our daughter dropped it off a cliff from a height of about 20 feet. (Oh, was she heartbroken! You don't know what you have till it's gone.) But it still works! The light is fine, the battery is so well encased it still holds the charge.

If there is a downside, I'd say it's the weight. It may be seen as heavy and cumbersome. It's about the size of a clothes iron, and feels like your packing a gallon jug. The upside of this is you won't lose it. The weight allows for the head to pivot and stay put where you get it set. And of course, the weight is in the awesome battery.

I'm here to buy more and I saw there was only one review. I wouldn't normally pay this much for something I wasn't sure about. Especially a flashlight! This flashlight is worth every cent!

A great light
We own two of these. One in the house and one in the 5th wheel. Holds a charge and comes in handy.
