closest to incandescent I've found so far
I've tried 4-5 different CFLs in the past year - some are awful and give that greenish office glow (they get relegated to garage fixtures). After more research I started focusing on the lower Kelvin numbers, but not even all 2700s are worth putting in your living room. These look the most like the incandescent bulbs they are replacing. The 60 watt equivalent is plenty bright, and now I'm looking to get some more and find a less bright one for the bedside tables.

everyone should switch!
These new bulbs are great! They are good for the environment and for the pocketbook, and the complaints that you hear about the quality of the light are generally exagerated - they are easy to get used to, and people made the same complaints when we switched from gas light to electric! Do we notice that anymore?
