If you've been out of it for some time then I strongly recommend that you get back to basics and pick up some of these Cliff's Quick Review books or something similar. These offer nice concise reviews that will get you up and running in no time. They offer subjects in the basics, Algebra, Trigonometry, Geometry Precalculus, Calculus, Differential Equations, Chemistry, and Physics.
