Air valve enables installer to reduce pre-charge pressure to match pressure switch setting. Tank is factory pre-charged to 40 PSI. Universal mounting bracket may be used with any jet pump, not included. Rugged tank body is constructed of heavy-gauge steel . Tank exterior features durable, baked-on finish to provide maximum corrosion resistance. A replaceable air/water separator of rugged, seamless vinyl prevents ''water logging" of the tank. This helps to prolong pump life. Separator (not shown) is constru cted of FDA-approved materials will not cause taste or odor water problems. Well water never touches metal in tank. Certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61. Pre-charged "Rated" 6 gallon tank. 8" diameter x 13" H, 3/4" discharge tapping.
