Great Color5
What I like best about these light bulbs is they don't put out the harsh color that some fluorescents do. Its a nicer, softer color which I really appreciate.

Great energy saving bulbs 5
I bought a few of these to replace the bulbs in my bathroom. What I really love about these bulbs is that they slowly get brighter and within 30seconds they are at their brightest. Granted they aren't the brightest bulbs like the conventional ones, but they are bright enough for the bathroom. I'm so happy with these bulbs because I get up at 630am for work and the last thing I need are bright lights when I still haven't "woken up yet." They start off dim and work there way to bright. My eyes easily get used to the lights when they are at their brightest. I did notice after having them for a full month for my electric bill, the bill was slightly lower so that's a plus.

These bulbs are very efficient, bright (for the bathroom), and won't empty your wallet also. They certainly last longer than the conventional lights inside our homes/apartments. This bulb as well as the other "spiral" bulbs won't lower your electricity bill to the point where you can break out the piggy bank instead of the checkbook, but they certainly at least lower the cost of electricity.

Update: 10/30/08

I just recieved my electric bill and it was surprisingly low. I've replaced the 7 bulbs in the bathroom with these bulbs and I'm completely shocked (no pun intended) at what a difference this made.

Quick on and provides nice light.4
These GE bulbs are very decent for CFL's. They come on rather quickly and the light is pleasant. The only downside is there is a slight variation in the hue of each bulb when they are on.
