Customer Reviews
Just what I Needed.
This book makes short work of FMEA.
It covers all the concepts and procedures needed to use FMEA.
I especially liked the corrective action section (not technically part of FMEA, but very helpful).
Something You Can Remember
This little book will get you as far down the road as most of the 1000 page books on the market. Actually farther, since you will either never get through the 1000 pages or, if you do, you will never remember what they said. You can trust me on this point, I've tried. It covers all the basics in a well organized manner and makes a good quick reference.
The FMEA Pocket Handook
This pocket handbook compliments the other Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) information that I have been able to locate. The handbook contains definitions, types of FMEA, Basic concepts and tools, a FMEA process outline, prerequisites and preparations, the process in detail (flow charts), corrective action, forms/tables, and examples, all in a 40 page pocket sized handbook. Very useful for the working logistician.
