Imusa Cast Aluminum
This is my first cast aluminum pot. I use it for browning meats,cooking stews, and soups. It cook perfectly and best of all it cleans up easily.
A must for a real cook.
A Peurto Rican friend turned me on to to cooking rice in this kind of pot. Some times the old ways are the best. This pot puts the old way at your finger tips and it is CHEAP. Three cups of water, two cups of long grain rice two tablespoons ov oil. Bring to boil simmer till tender. rinse rice return to pot. Perfect rice. Shape of pot and heat transfer rate of the cast aluminum make this possible. Cleans up easily.
