Part of a series of 'Young' anthologies, aimed at a more youthful bunch and as such often featuring kids, even though written by adult writers. This has a bit of a horror/supernatural bent, in general.

Not just for kids
This book is out of print now, which makes me sad. It's an anthology I first got as a kid (okay, so it is a kids anthology), lost my copy, then years later got niggled by half-memories of the stories enough to search out a second copy.
It's got some really nice short stories there that I haven't seen anywhere else, like Angelica by Jane Yolen.
I also reccomend Young Mutants in the same series, also out of print. Amazon has these books secondhand, and I'm honestly considering buying extra copies, just so I can force them on people.
