About the Author
Grover Starling is Professor of Public Affairs at the School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Houston, Clear Lake. His research interests include knowledge representation, information processing, and analogical reasoning by executives. Professor Starling is a prolific writer with numerous books and articles published. Such books include THE CHANGING ENVIRONMENT OF BUSINESS, Fourth Edition (South-Western), BUSINESS AND SOCIETY: STRATEGIES FOR POLICYMAKING (Dorsey Press), and THE POLITICS AND ECONOMICS OF PUBLIC POLICY (Dorsey Press).

Excellent Book. Each Chapter was well organized with realistic example. The language the author used in the book was easy to understand. The key notes were very helpful and excercises were agreat for class discussion. I certianly will use this book as my primary source for the final MPA-examination.
