About the Author
Nancy Sefton began her diving career in 1961, and since then has spent over 5,000 hours underwater, penning over 250,000 published words in defense of marine life conservation, through education. Her undersea photos have appeared widely, and her educational videos, CDs and DVDs are viewed in classrooms throughout the US and abroad, teaching youngsters about the sea and the need to preserve its delicately-balanced ecosystems. Nancy is a recipient of the coveted NOGI Award for Arts, from the Underwater Society of America, and is a member of the Women Divers Hall of Fame.
