Be With Me.
Be With Me is a great story with some great erotic romance. It really took me no less than a few days to read through it and once I was done, I wanted more! So, yes, I will be checking out titles from this author! It's one of those books where the story draws you in and the erotica keeps you reading. I can't recommend it enough to fellow erotica lovers. Another good erotic romance--Now She's Gone.

1 Woman + 3 Men = Hot
This is the first Maya Banks book I have read. The book is listed as erotic romance, but the first sex doesn't happen until Chapter 19. I think the reason this is lumped into that category is because of the 3 men and a single woman coupling. The plot, a killer targeting people in Reggie's life, gives a good foundation to ease you through the story. The story is mainly set in a small town in Texas.

Reggie Fallon - a police officer and only daughter of the town's mayor, comes from a very wealthy family. Her parents never showed her love. She meets Cam, Sawyer and Hutch and befriends them immediately. The young boys become like brothers while in the care of their loving foster mother Birdie. Cam Douglas - The oldest and first boy to come live with Birdie. Sawyer Pritchard - The middle, the hell-raiser, and second to come live with Birdie. Hutch Bishop - The youngest and last boy to come live with Birdie. Everyone see the 3 boys as juvenile delinquents that will never amount to anything - and they don't deserve Reggie. Reggie sees them differently - she loves them equally.

The author gave each man a very defined personality and confronted the jealousies and possessiveness that would result in this type of permanent relationship - which results in must needed tension.

The sex fits the story, and while it's graphic and includes a couple of multiple partner scenes, anal intercourse, and some bondage - I don't find any of it excessive. There is m/m/m/f, m/f/m, and m/f - but no indication of m/m. The author spends an incredible amount of time showing you the relationships between everyone.

She almost had me convinced!
I have to laugh at myself...maybe it was because it was a Saturday evening after a long week at work. Maybe because I needed to be transported to someone else's world to escape the stress' of my daily life, but as I was reading this book, there was a part of me that could identify with how these guys felt about her...and that they all truly loved and wanted to be with her. It's an interesting and absolutely steamy read. The plot-line with the (ahem) stalker, was just entertaining enough, but it was the dialogue with these characters that kept me turning the pages. Of course, the next day, after I finished the book I chuckled to myself...three guys...one girl! Please. But in my opinion that is beauty of what a book should do, enterain, provide distraction, information, or a fun-fantasy escape. Fans of Maya Banks will not be disappointed with this one.
