Wonderful story!
I love the simplicity of the story and the illustrations. A little boy, William, asks his mother: "If I were a horse would you know it was me?" The next page shows 6 horses frolicking, and the mothers says: "I see you, William, dear," . . . "You're the only horse with a hat on." Each page after presents a different group of animals and a different way that William stands out, such as: "You're the only rabbit on roller skates."
The ending is really fun, too. The mother character encourages her son's imagination, and this book reminds adults of the wonder of childhood.
