Another wonderful flower fairies book!5
My 3.5 year-old daughter and I are fans of the Fairyopolis books which have the fairy artwork of Cicely Mary Barker. My daughter loves the pop-up features and I've been on the hunt for similar books since. I came across "Flower Fairies: Magical Moonlight Feast" here on Amazon and decided to purchase it. It is a beautiful work of art with pop-ups and even light up features at the end.

The story is about Yew and Pear Blossom, two flower fairies who decide to host a moonlight feast for their other fairy friends and centers on their preparations and the eventual party. Each page has a delightful pop-up feature and the last page opens up to reveal fireflies that light up. Note:If the child handling the book is younger than 5, then I would advise caution as the last page is designed such that it might tear if too much pressure is applied in opening the page to lay it flat. The lights are quite erratic as well - they don't always light up.

On the whole though - the illustrations and story are enchanting and for that alone, I consider this a worthwhile purchase.

Sweet Book5
I think this is a sweet book. Not very elaborate for a pop up book. There is a plot to the story. The last page is beautiful. This book is worth buying.

Enchanting!5
The gorgeous illustrations are accompanied by simple pop ups and 3-dimensional cut outs. This book is a beautiful compliment to the other Cicely Mary Barker books in my collection and has a sparkling surprise ending. A charming trip to fairyland. I don't think you will be at all disappointed in this enchantng tale.
