Extremely helpful
I would suggest reading the casenote's brief before reading the case. While this extra step seems like a waste of time it actually saves a lot of time b/c you know what you are looking for in the case as you are reading it. If you've made it this far into law school you have realized how confusing some of the cases can be and the minute it takes to read this over will save you 5 in the end.

Good buy...
This book was highly recommended to me and I liked it. It was informative on the cases, had a subject review at the front of the chapter, and gave you key terms you needed to know. If you are just considering this book, my recommendation is to buy it because it will help you in class and in preparation for class. I didnt enjoy the text so I used this to supplement it...
