Falling Apart
Well, this book is horrible, it's a class book, required for my class with University of Maryland. The thing is falling apart as I type this and it started only a few short weeks into class.
The layout of the book is awful. There's more questions in this book than anything. By far, it is the worst legal book I've had to use. It mentions so many laws in one sentence it's worthless to read the chapters. Nestled in between the multitude of Case Snippets and Endless student exercises, there may be some text to learn from or to explain the case snippet you just read, but not much.
If anyone uses this in a class, avoid the class.
