Customer Reviews

Better Than Average Casebook4
A pretty typical casebook, though Blumberg makes it interesting with more background and discussion around the legislative history of the California Community Property Statutes. Aspen seems, in general, to put out some of the more interesting casebooks out there.

WouldBuyAgain5
I was very happy with the book because it was in great condition just as the post said and it arrived within 3 days from ordering. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

Technical and Sharp!5
This is a handy technical nook that will allow you to have a source of case law to back up your positions and enhance your writting and further research.
