Best UCC Statutory Supplement - Useful for Many Couses
This is my favorite UCC stat supplement. It's also one the most comprehensive stat supp I've found (I own 3 commercial law supps) because it contains both the pre-2003 & revised versions of Article 1, 2 & 2A. This is helpful. Highly recommended for Sales (Art 2) &/or Secured Transactions.

This supp is a MUST for Secured Transactions (Art 9) courses because it includes the bankruptcy code. Secured Transaction Classes refer to the Bankruptcy Code, but not all Commercial Law supplements include the Code, so this book will save you the expense of having to buy a Bankruptcy Code.

I was able to use this book for multiple classes: Sales, Bankruptcy, Secured Transactions & Negotiable Instruments. 4 class supplements for the price of 1!!! I only wish I bought it on Amazon instead of my stupid school bookstore.

The 2008 Supplement is still useful in 2009 (and probably 2010) because there haven't been revisions to the UCC since 2007. No bankruptcy code revisions are expected anytime soon either.

This book is the best statutory supplement. For Sales, it's great that they've included both the current & amended (but not yet adopted in many states) versions of Art 2 & 2A, and both are CLEARLY marked so it's easy to tell what version you're looking at.

It's also printed on sturdier paper than a lot of Commercial supplements that use really thin, almost transparent paper. The thicker paper makes it more suitable for underlining & highlighting (doesn't mess up the other side of the page).

Great buy
Everything went well. Book was exactly as advertised, and it came in great time. Absolutely no complaints.

Bad seller
Never received product. Two separate sellers cancelled this order. Amazon.com will now be a LAST RESORT for me for future purchases, too unreliable.
