The tips are easy to understand and practical. I look forward to getting a new tip every day.

Bill Kroens Golf Tip-A-Day:5
I am on my 3rd Golf Tip-A-Day Calendar. What a great deal and a part of my daily regiment. It is on my work desk and is one of the first thinks I read in the morning. The great part is it's just a glance away when you are on the phone to re-read throughout the day. The teaching style is simple, easy to remember and fundamentally sound. When you find something that hits close to you simply pin it to your workspace to return to thought the season. In my eyes this is the modern day "Little Red Book". Put it on your list to pick up or a gift request for the holidays, you will not be disappointed. It's a 5-star .

"The more I teach, the more I try to find the simplest way to convey the message. From my earliest days as a player to today, I've been a Harvey Penick disciple. Mr. Penick's words were simple to understand and through his teachings, I was able to find my teaching style. We all know how hard this game is, but I don't believe that understanding instruction should be hard as well."

I wrote the above as part of my personal teaching philosophies. Reading Mr. Kroen's calendar, I find that simple "Penick" like approach to a very difficult subject is alive and well.

Mr. Kroen takes the most complex aspects of the game and presents it in a manner that forms a lifelong picture in the players mind. Simple. Direct. Accurate.

I don't mind admitting that not only have I quoted his writings to my students, but I have used his tips for them as well as myself.

Truly a must for every golfer!
