Customer Reviews
Cast birthdays a plus; pics a minus
I'm a major TOS fan, but the offspring? Not so much. So when I saw this calendar featured pics and info for TOS only, I was pretty psyched to get it. Unfortunately, I was decidedly less psyched when it arrived. Don't get me wrong: the pictures are high quality, the calendar is well-made and it will go nicely on that forlorn wall bereft of decoration. The problem is the calendar contains pics of the third season and the third season only. No Amok Time, no City on the Edge of Forever, no Piece of the Action, and nary a tribble to be found (or a Klingon, for that matter). So if you like Season Three of TOS, then this is the calendar of your dreams. But if, like a lot of Trekfen, you loathe the third season with a purple passion and steadfastly maintain that the series ended with Bread and Circuses (skipping The Omega Glory, of course), then you might want to give this one a pass.
Classic Trek Lives On!
Good pics in here - they mixed in some lesser-known moments, for the Trek fans who are familiar with everything about the show from top to bottom. Clean design, good pix, and that ever-satisfying dollop of nostalgia. I got just what I was looking for!
Great for a Star Trek TOS fan
Love my new calendar. As others have mentioned, it only features pics from the third season. Sure, it would be nice to have some variety, but the high quality pics make up for it. Bonus if you're a Spock fan: he's in about half the pics. Episode titles and cast birthdays are another plus. I have no complaints. Can't wait for next year's calendar!
