Kenneth Baker is a copy cat
I don't know if he has the copywrite for writing these songs, but a lot of the songs in this book are incomplete. For example, he only covered 1/3 of Marriage d'Amour. He cheats your money. He has a lot of songs, but almost all of them are incomplete.

The book of the Best piano player
Richard is known by his ability to play piano and produce much more than song, but emotion. In this book, he try to pass all of this ability to those interested in learning a litle of the power of music produced by piano and get a piece of the emotion produced by his hands.
