As being a member of this "elite" group, I believe that if you can afford to wait for a used copy, then your resume will have a factual backup of which to impress those friends and relatives.
After fortunately being seleted to a number of other similiar reference books, if I had to purchase these prestigious books every year, I'd have to build a library just for them.
