Just a lot of quotes2
I was expecting a more complete Yoga calendar including Poses with Pictures, Pranayama,etc instead it is a quote per day, they are from different people including general spiritualist like Osho, some from Yogis including the author and a few from ancient Indian texts.

I would recommend "I Can Do It 2009 Calendar: 365 Daily Affirmations" instead.
