Customer Reviews
very disappointing!
i've bought domo calendars for the past 3 years, and this year is the worst! i was expecting NEW domo pics, instead of re-used ones from calendars i already have (jan 2010 is same pic as dec 2009!). very very bad.
Not Awesome - TERRIBLE!
I loved my 2009 DOMO calendar, so I bought this 2010 DOMO calendar. Two problems:
1 - The pictures are below PAR. It's a standard pic of domo with cheap solid colors floating around and behind him. Really boring stuff as if there was no room for detail
2 - The calendar itself is almost USELESS! The page with the actual calendar/month is 12" x 11" and the calendar itself only takes up 10" x 5"! There is NO ROOM to write anything down in this calendar! What else is on this page you ask? Aside from each day being a tiny square 1" x 1.2" the rest of the page is occupied by dark solid colors.
If all you want in a calendar is to know what month it is and see a picture, this does the job (below par but thats what it does). But if you actually like to write down events per day (albeit even simple tasks without detail) you will be frustrated. Each day is tiny and there is no room - this sucks! It's not as bad as a Ziggy calendar I got 4 years ago where the sunday was on the right-most side of the page (after Saturday, if you can imagine), but I am pretty upset that not only does this calendar leave little room for excitement or organization, but took such a drastic turn from the previous year.
Domo adorable, calendar horrible
We love Domo, and the calendar was shipped right away, so no complaints about the merchant, but honestly the calendar part is awful. Can't read it from far away because of the color scheme, and the boxes are too small to write anything inside. We used last year's Domo calendar in the kitchen to see all the family events, but this year's version is not very user-friendly.
