Too Expensive2
Recipes look pretty good, but I haven't tried them yet because ingredients are extremely expensive and had to find. I agree it is best to eat little or no sugar - however, the costs invoved with these recipes may prohibit many for making use of this book.

I have ordered in small quantites most all ingredients just to try the recipes. However, I have grown boys that can easily wipe out a batch of cookies or candy in a day - two at the most. I would never be able to afford the ingredients to keep them fed!

Sugar free and gluten free does not have to be this expensive. Gluten free flours are expensive enough - and for my household - a necessity.

I would not recommend this book to anyone who was feeding more than one person!
