Excellent Book
Beth Grimm is a very dedicated attorney who not only has my utmost respect, but who has "gone the second mile" to help many people, answering questions on her website about HOA law and advice to homeowners.
Now she wrote a book, which I got in today's mail and couldn't wait to read. It contains excellent material and answers more than 125 questions about Condominium ownership.
