Can Megan save the unicorn?5
I love this book. It's just right for me. My name is Meghan, and I love unicorns! Isn't that weird? Anyway, lets get to the book part. Megan's mom works late a lot. Megan is disappointed because her mom was going to have her help out at the offace the same day as the play Megan was directing. Megan decides this is the time to go to Ellie's attic. When she gets there, she finds a princess gown, tries it on, and is taken to a medieval french castle. There, she finds a friend named Michelle. Michelle tells Megan that there is a unicorn that is in trouble. Can Megan save the unicorn in time? Or will it's horn be a gift for the king to keep?

Beautiful Illustrations--Short Story3
This tale of Megan's journey back to medieval times was too short! I wanted to see more of the castle and the way of life. I would have enjoyed it also if the magic of the unicorn was explained more.

While it was too brief, the Magic Attic Series does have some wonderful illustrations. The quality of the books also makes them ideal gift choices. I just wish their adventures lasted a bit longer than the 20-odd pages it does!

Unicorns and Princesses4
If you are a girl who dream about dressing up as a princess and saving unicorns, you will enjoy reading about Megan from the Magic Attic series becoming a Princess after visiting the Magic Attic. A simplistic story, Princess Megan is stuck in the middle ages where she lives in a large stone castle and gets caught up in helping her friend save the magical unicorn. Megan is spunky and adapts easily to the new time period and her role as a medieval princess. A delightful story of time travel, this will keep any girl under the age of 12 years old entertained.

Putting a Best Word Forward.
