Customer Reviews
THIS BOOK HAS NOT BEEN PUBLISHED...
My favorite baking book is George Greenstein's "Secrets of a Jewish Baker." I've been waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting for the Jewish Baker's Pastry Secrets to be released. I now hear that the book has not been published, and the publisher has no plans to release it at all...and, they give no further info regarding this. I would very much like to know if this was a decision made by the publisher, or by Mr. Greenstein. I truly hope that Mr. Greenstein is well, and that he somehow hears that faithful fans of his original book have been waiting expectantly for this second baking book. Mr G., we love & respect you...please let us know what's happened! P.S. I've rated this the most stars possible because of my respect for Mr. G's 1st book!
