This is a fabulous cookbook for deer hunters. With 144 pages of easy to make venison recipes you can serve a wide variety of venison dishes all year long.

Section I is "Soups, Stews and Casseroles", Section II is "Chops and Roasts", Section III is "Ground Venison", Section IV is "Miscellaneous Venison Recipes" and Section V is "Appetizers, Side Dishes, Sauces, and Other Recipes".

I think you will find this book very useful and you might even want to buy a copy for your friends who are deer hunters. Don't forget to try the Barbecued Venison Chops.

Everything in this book is awesome!! We have started at the beginning and have just kept on going! They all have been very easy to make! My fav is the Venison and Wild Rice Stew!
