Back cover review does not match this story
I've read books where the back cover synopsis differs slightly from the story, but this one takes the cake on misrepresenting! This book sounds like it's going to be a riot: Georgina is a superhero saving the world and now has to fight a dragon to save everyone, just don't talk spandex to her. In truth, Georgina is the last descendant of St. George- from the myth brought back from the Crusades where he fights and kills a dragon guarding the water into the city of Silene.

The book starts out that she is in hiding. Georgina is "Mary Smith", living a horrible life in New York, protecting herself and trying to erase her past as a George. But one night the Dragon, who can take the form of man, breaks into her reserve and douses her with dragon fire. Luckily, her mage Dakarai and her bodyman Randall, who is also her old love, connect to her psychically help her to douse the fire by having sex. The next day she goes to them and then she transforms back into her fighting self, with her two men by her side.

This book wasn't terrible but it was slightly tedious. First, I was expecting one type of book and got another. Second, there really is no development of character. Once Gina has her threesome suddenly she is strong and aggressive. Her men weren't the stuff I would dream of, they may look fantastic but they were slightly...wimpy. Third, the story kinda went from sex scene to insulting the dragon scene back to sex scene. I became bored and actually skipped through the center of this book.

I was really disappointed that this book was so disappointing. I love reading about superheroes in the real world (example: "Karma Girl"), and thought this would be great! While I didn't hate it, I didn't really like it either. I would suggest that if you want to read it, buy it used or get it from a friend to save some money.
