In the 60s his colourful 'Protractor' series and geometric shaped canvases became some of the most distinctive manifestations of postwar and Minimalist art. In the 1970s Stella went 'maximalist', producing multi-media works, often using lumps of aluminium and steel, which were vivaciously and complexly three dimensional. DONT EVEN THINK TO BUY THIS BOOK!!!
i thought it was a large big illustrated book with a lot of coloured pictures about Frank Stellas work...

WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its a tini tiny little book with a very very very bad paper and photo quality (like a very bad photo copy)

i havent read it yet ...but if inside in this book doesnt lye the very secret of life it self then it is the worst buy in my whole life!!!!!!

keep away!!!!!!!!!! 60 dollars for that??????? 6 dollars its a good deal...
