Easy and saves time!
This Slow Cooker recipe book is simple, easy to read and most of the ingredients are already available in your kitchen. This book has recipes for desserts, breads, appetizers, and main courses. I use this book quite often when we are having a busy day. I prepare the entire meal in my slow cooker in the morning so it will be ready at dinner time.

Simon, you would realize that Jean Pare has quite a number of books on healthy living as well as specialthy books for Heart Healthy cooking, vegan cooking, diabetic cooking and many more. Jean has donated many procedes to Diabetic foundations and continues to promote healthy living. Slow cooker recipes happens to be a best seller, and has HEALTHY slow cooking recipes within. so I guess your theories as well as your judgment of Mrs. Pare are very flawed.
