Quality of Service Declining
For many years, I have ordered Arizona Highways calendars to send as Christmas gifts to persons who are not fortunate enough to live in Arizona. Each year, the calendars would have mailing envelopes attached to them. This year, they do not, so it will be necessary for me to travel to the stationery store, buy 9 x 13 envelopes, and mail them. It is an extreme inconvenience, and I probably will not buy the calendars in the future. There has been no reduction in price to compensate for this decline in customer service and convenience. Not only that, but the publisher has outsourced the order fulfillment activities to Illinois. Illinois?
