Definitive Gaudi.
Spanish Catalan architect, Antonio Gaudí (1852-1926), is known for his distinct sculptural designs, which might be described as bizarre, fantastic, magical, and surreal. Influenced by French architect Eugene Viollet-le-Duc, Gaudi incorporated nature's organic angles and curves into his highly-original buildings, interiors, and park designs. His works, most notably the still unfinished La Sagrada Família in Barcelona, are nothing less than spectacular. Isabel Artigas's comprehensive collection of Gaudi is a testament to his unique vision as an architect. Weighing nearly eight pounds, This two-volume set offers a definitive collection of Gaudi's work, including his greatest designs: Casa Vicens (1883-1885), Palau Güell (1885-1889), College of the Teresianas (1888-1890), Crypt of the Church of Colònia Güell (1898-1916), Casa Calvet (1899-1904), Casa Batlló (1905-1907), Casa Milà (La Pedrera) (1905-1907), Park Güell (1900-1914), Sagrada Família Nativity façade and Crypt of the Sagrada Família church (1884-present). Those readers interested in the work of Antonio Gaudí may also be interested in Hiroshi Teshigahara's Antonio Gaudi - Criterion Collection on DVD, which complements this collection perfectly.

Gaudi, complete works
A rip-off. The size of the book is laughable... it is a miniature book. The name "complete works" makes yo think it is a serious art book...
Exciting
This is an exciting book about one of the great architects the world has seen.
