5 stars merely because its EBN
EBN is an excellent... group/artist/director/DJ/idunno. It's not like anything you've seen. It's very intense and sometimes uncomfortable, but the overall experience is great. "I love this Show!"
What kinda irks me about this particular video is that it is inferior to their actual release which is extremely difficult to find: Telecommunication Breakdown. Sure, there is a multimedia CD, which is made up of awesome music and computer programs, but there is an actual full length accompaniment to it that puts this video to shame. This video was released by TVT records and is targeted to audiences who saw these guys at Lollapalooza or U2. It's only 30 minutes and when its over, you want more.

menacing, tension filled, cynical commentary
This is an absolutely incredible work of art consisting of manipulated samples from TV, backed by EBN techno music.
This tape seems designed to be "sprung" on someone under the influence. It's a coherent piece that starts mellow and gradually builds to a frenzied peak. It's wonderfully cynical and hillareous.
Hours of Trippy Fun
Okay, maybe not hours, since this tape is only about 30 minutes, but it's packed with musical goodness. EBN takes clips from news, commercials, and other TV entertainment, and seamlessly mixes them into great music that you can dance to or trip out to. This tape is basically one long music video of some of their great songs.
The video is from 1992 so the special effects aren't quite up to what you'd expect from today's music videos, but it's still highly entertaining. If you like EBN, definitely check out their new CD, Telecommunications Breakdown.
I really want these guys to release a DVD of their new songs! Telecommunications Breakdown comes with some QuickTime movies of three of their new songs, but of course they're very low quality compared to VHS or DVD.
