Customer Reviews
Absolutely fantastic!
This is definitely a must for any Hank Snow fan or country music fan! This box set has every recording that Hank Snow made in Canada from 1936-1947. I have it and I think it is absolutely fantastic! All the songs on it are so beautiful and best of all, there is a life story of Hank Snow which he recorded in 1966. There are also 2 beautiful demos which are previously unreleased and they are "Marriage And Divorced" and "I Don't Hurt Anymore". Many of these early recordings are not very well known, but I recommend this box set to every fan of Hank Snow! I am 16 years old and I have been a huge Hank Snow fan since birth.
yodeling ranger, Hank Snow
words sometimes simply cannot explain sound and thats what Hank Snow has. Having some of his very first recordings, it is a pleasure for me to own such treasured music. There was only one true country recording artist that never ever changed his style as most artist have done. He is a true country singer. He sings with meaning and above all feelings. This is Hank Snow.
