Hands Down, the Worst Steel Pulse Album1
Just a quick word of caution on this one - - every group at one time or another experiments with a new sound, and the 'Victims' album is that album for Steel Pulse. Continuing the electronic sound they'd worked with on 'State of Emergency,' the group went to the extreme on this disc, abandoning the great instrumental work they're known for in favor of a nearly all-keyboards approach. Results? Without question, the worst offering from this most righteous of reggae bands. The songs are, in a word, terrible, and not at all representative of the group's previous work. The keyboard sounds are cheezy and silly sounding, the arrangements don't work, and the group is no doubt embarrassed by the whole project. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

This album is awesome! Well compared to their last piece of work...4
This album was created after Steel Pulse's worst album ever "State Of Emergency" and compared to that "Victims" Looks like a 90's version of "Earth Crisis" which to me is a great album. Over all it's worth a try, Check out "Victims", "Evermore", "Money", "We Can Do It", "Stay With The Rhythm", "Free The Land", "Taxi Driver", "Grab A Girlfriend" "Taxi Dub" & "To Tu Tu" wasn't a bad interlude. Now I know for sure! If this album had only contained those 10 songs it would of been an even more classical album than it was with the 16 it originally came with. This is also the last album with Alphonso so you should consider adding this to your collection.

I love these guys!!5
