Customer Reviews
Good show all round.
Lonestar's second album will come as no disappointment to those familiar with their earlier work; for the uninitiated it will come as a revelation. The group once again demonstrates an impressive degree of musical flexibility, delivering both pacy chorus based songs (Crying to me etc) and slower ballads with equal conviction and skill. A "must" in the collection of any country devotee.
Lonestar emerges as a great group
Lonestar began to put their name on the map of country music stars with this album. Just about all of the songs are good and half of them were hits. "Come Crying To Me" and "Everything's Changed" are probably the two most popular, but what radio listeners haven't heard of this cd makes it even better. "Amie" is one of the best remakes I've ever heard, it couldn't have been done much better. I don't see why "Crazy Nights" and "Keys To My Heart" weren't hits.
This album doesn't get nearly as much credit as it should've. In my opinion, it could've been a Grammy nominee and possibly a winner. Sure, "Amazed" might have really been the song that got most people to notice Lonestar, and rightfully so. But if you want a great, solid country album, I'd recommend getting this one also.
Lonestar-Crazy Nights
I got Lonely Grill last year in 2000 and everyone been telling me to buy this Cd and so I did and I am happy that I got it. All the songs are awesome. My favorites are: "Come Cryin' to me", "John Doe on a John Deere", "You walked in", "Say when" and "What do we do with the rest of the night". I really love all of song though. Richie and John do a awesome job singing all of the songs. I love the beat to all of song. That the best part on the Cd I love the most.
Hope all you that love Lonestar (like I do) will buy this Cd. You will get your money worth. Enjoy
