Scotland's favorite son Dougie MacLean contributes a traditional hopeful ballad, "She Will Find Me," and Louise Taylor's sweetly eccentric intonation is set off beautifully by rousing hand drums on the standout "Your Face." Wonderful!
This is one of Putamayo's best collections. It has both edgy and soothing songs. It's a diverse and unified collection of work and it has something that everyone will like. This CD also lets you sample many excellent and largely unheard artists who have their own wonderful CD's!

You don't need to know the words, just the feeling...
This CD is definitely a must-have for any Putumayo music collector. Not only is it a diverse collection of songs, but it's also the ultimate in around-the-world, mellow, by-the-firelight love songs (step aside Barry White!). And it doesn't matter that most of the songs aren't in English; you can FEEL what the artists are singing about. Recommended for the person with a little bit of an eclectic taste and looking for some "romantica" in their life...

AWESOME CD!
I really love this CD. The melodies are exotic and warm and stay with you long after the CD is finished playing. Beautiful, melodic songs with an ecclectic mix of flavors all throughout. Great CD!
